We’re thrilled to announce the expanded rollout of WhatsApp Coexistence. Businesses can now integrate their existing WhatsApp Business App Account —including accounts registered with Indian phone numbers—and enjoy dual-platform messaging with no service disruptions or ban risk.

Unsupported Regions & Countries
Coexistence is not available in the following areas:
Regions — European Economic Area (EEA), European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK)
Countries — Australia, Japan, Nigeria, Philippines, Russia, South Korea, South Africa, Turkey
(India has been removed from the unsupported list; Indian numbers are now fully supported.)

  2. Follow the on-screen steps to link your WhatsApp Business App with LeadConnector.
  3. Scan the QR Code to pair your existing WhatsApp account.

Important Notes
Template Messages — Can only be sent from the CRM, not from the mobile Business App.
Profile Management — Update your business profile inside the WhatsApp Business App.
Single-Number Restriction — One phone number per WhatsApp Business App account under Coexistence.
